About me
Introduction
My name is Kaya Pelczar. I'm a passionate designer who solves user problems to meet business goals with end-to-end process. My focus are accessible human-centred products driven by research.
I have 7+ years of SaaS and digital services experience, which includes working on AI in Smartsheet/ Converse.ai. I currently work on fintech user experience as Senior Product Designer at Hubspot.
My work
I work within teams of developers, product managers, analysts and subject matter experts in an inclusive environment. I share experiences with other designers and collaborate on DesignOps. I facilitate workshops and research to include stakeholders and customers.
